Adding an Expense Item

Each category has a preset list of expense items underneath it based on the AICP budgeting system. You can always add custom items to this budget by simply typing into the entry box anything that you’d like to create.

Depending on the expense type, some have the ability to assign crew to these expense items as well. You can assign Shoot Days to any expense item but the shoot days must be created first in the Schedule or Task Manager.

Editing an Expense Item

You cannot edit a prebuilt expense item’s name once you’ve created it. You can alway edit the other fields, however. You can always change a custom expense item’s name.

Deleting an Expense Item

To delete an expense item, simply click on the red x.
